Biography (Required) | Malik F. “Sol” Coburn is a student of social ecologies, learning teacher, and vinyl dj; hailing from Hyde Park in Chicago, IL. Malik has dedicated their life to cultivating regenerative spaces where care for the earth, people, and sharing resources is embraced and illuminated. At the University of Redlands – Johnston Center for Integrative Studies, he received a BA in Integrated Marketing & Sustainability, then a Permaculture Design Certificate with Earth Activist Training – leading to cultivating fun and culturally sensitive experiences, co-curation of events, and consulting with those who seek to find bridges in their daily practices to processes in nature. Malik’s favorite plant is Mullein, as it is fuzzy and brings clarity to the lungs. |
